Overview
We invite you to take part in the biggest Carnival Parade in the world! The Carnival Parade is a fierce competition between Samba Schools that have spent the entire year preparing themselves for this battle of performances. We offer the unique opportunity to participate in this competition by dressing-up in an authentic and tailor-made costume made by a Samba School. We help you put on the costume to walk down the Sambadrome and experience the true energy of the carnival. When the performance is finished, we take you back to your hotel. If you have enough space in your suitcase, you can take the costume with you back home. Keep in mind that the Carnival season changes every year.
The Special Group is a selected group of the most important Samba Schools of Rio. They compete for the first place in a fierce and elaborate performance that amazes everyone. One part of the group performs on Sunday night (03/02), another part performs on Monday night (03/03), and the last part performs on Tuesday night (03/04). Each Samba School has to show their best and conquer the judge’s opinions and, most importantly, the hearts of the audience.
The Opening Group is a group that performs for a place in the Special Group. One part of the group performs on Friday night (02/28) and the other part performs on Saturday night (03/01). Each samba school has to show their best and convince the judges that they deserve a place in the elite division of Rio Carnival.
Roundtrip transfer and costume included. Tickets to watch the Carnival Parade are not included.
ATTENTION: For the year of 2025, the costume experience is only available on the dates below.
